    I've been having my hondas serviced at McGovern Honda (formerly Honda Cars of Boston) for over thirty years. I normally wouldn't recommend having your car serviced at the dealership after it is off warranty, but I have no complaints about the service I've received, both on my auto and personally. I purchased at another local dealership once who had the model in stock I wanted and refused service when I received a very high estimate. At McGovern, I was told there was not need for a new $800 item; only a belt was needed to correct the issue. Regarding purchasing a new honda, two years ago I went to another dealership on the north shore which was highly recommended by a family member, the price I was quoted for a lx was more than I paid for my exl at McGovern. I highly recommend McGovern Honda. I have full confidence in the service and sales staffs and will go only there in the future.

    I recently visited McGovern Honda after having a disappointing experience with another Honda Dealership. McGovern restored my faith in Honda. Dennis, on the sales staff was informative, patient, & organized. McGovern had the car I wanted on the lot & I was able to drive out in my new car within hours.

    I received a call from Rocky at McGovern Honda regarding my concern and he offered to provide a free replacement cover part for the door handle. He scheduled the replacement for the next day, and the technician successfully replaced it in under an hour. Furthermore, Rocky followed up with me after the door handle cover replacement to ensure the processing went smoothly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident as they promptly address issues without any hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend this Honda dealer to anyone.

    Let me start off by saying I haven't purchased a vehicle from Honda cars of Boston. I've lived in Boston for 5 years and have been to many dealerships for service that have terrible customer service (HONDA VILLAGE IN NEWTON) and a few others. My fiancé told me to try Honda Cars of Boston and I've been going to them for the past 2 years. Great professional service every time. I know it's a small thing but they even wash your car when your service is done (lots of dealerships don't do this). Only point of criticism would be if they keep your car overnight you aren't offered a courtesy car, you have to rent one through Enterprise. Not a huge deal but maybe this is just with Honda's and not with other car brands like Lexus and Audi. Long story short, great dealership and when I eventually get a new car, I'll be going right to Honda Cars of Boston for it!
